Swimming at Capital Athletic Club
Capital Athletic Club boasts the only outdoor pool in downtown Sacramento. Our 25 yard, four-lane lap pool stays heated year around and is available from opening to closing.
Many of our swimmers utilize the pool for competitive and timed swim as part of our Masters program. The Master Swim program is Monday thru Thursday from 6pm to 7pm at which time an instructor will place a workout on the board and is available for stroke evaluation, assistance and motivation.
Other members enjoy our various seasonal motivational programs which continually pushs swimmers to complete challenges and meet personal goals.
