Racquetball and Handball
The Capital Athletic Club offers a variety of indoor court sports on 4 international size courts. Organized league play is held throughout the year as well as a mixture of fun social tournaments.
Racquetball and handball provide a great cardiovascular workout with an emphasis on endurance and skill. Both are games anyone can enjoy and are a great way to meet new people.
Whether you are a novice or veteran, improve your game by taking advantage of a free complimentary lesson you receive upon joining.
