Sport Courts
The Capital Athletic Club’s is Sacramento’s hotspot for indoor basketball and volleyball. Our large and modern gymnasium is host to pick up games and leagues alike.
Racquetball and Handball are offered on 4 international size courts. Organized league play is held throughout the year as well as a mixture of fun social tournaments.
Court sports provide a great cardiovascular workout with an emphasis on endurance and skill. All are games anyone can enjoy and are a great way to meet new people.
