Child care is available free to members on Saturdays 8:30 - 1pm and Sundays 9:30 - 2pm. The Capital Athletic Club welcomes children 1-11 years old. Offering games, arts and crafts, movies, and more... your children are sure to look forward to this fun, healthy activity for the whole family every weekend!
