 Enjoy any one of our five step style classes. This enjoyable style is good for a cardiovascular workout with the use of a step to gain strength by stepping up and down. We incorporate different styles of step offerings including high and low impact aerobics, weighted resistance and interval training.

Every other Saturday morning Step I & Strength is offered starting out with very basic moves and then gradually progressing. Highly recommended for step beginners.
