Dance Classes at The Capital Athletic Club

The Capital Athletic Club offers a variety of dance classes to get your body moving in a fun and motivating way with Salsa and Hip Hop quickly becoming favorites among club members. The dance classes are a cardiovascular workout with an infusion of dance styles including Salsa and Hip Hop.

Semi-annually we offer FREE 6-week Tango workshops lead by professional instructor Michelle Gorre.  See the front desk for more information.
