Fueling Your Workouts!

While there are a myriad of factors that can influence your workouts, most of them are not as readily controlled by you as your fuel.  Information runs the spectrum from low-carb, high protein regimes of the Atkins Diet to high protein, reduced carb Zone type diets.  Certain goals require certain modifications to your diet, but mostly we all want to assure that we have th highest levels of energy for the longest amount of time possible.  If you have questions or seem to be running short on energy during your workouts or activities, join Bruce Coolidge for this informative workshop.
